Survival-based video games generally have high doses of realism with which they try to convey a very deep sense of immersion for players to get into the skin of the protagonist. However, Don't Starve achieves this without anything having the slightest realism.
The graphic section is the first thing that stands out from this title, simulating drawing scenes that take place in a forest. In this location you will find a multitude of elements that can be used for survival with crafting techniques: food, material for the construction of your shelter, objects that can be used as weapons, and so on. If the food is short you can shape your own garden to be as self-sufficient as possible, although it is likely that it will end up being besieged by the dangerous creatures that swarm through the gloomy forest.
If you get hit and die the Don't Starve game will start again, so you must avoid it at all costs. The health of the mind is as important as the physical, having to do everything possible to keep all the parameters of the protagonist at appropriate levels. As you explore the forest there will be climatic changes and many other modifications that will affect in one way or another the survival adventure, which rewards your effort both with increases in experience and with characters whose abilities you will greatly appreciate.
